Schools

The entire Swan River Valley is encompassed by the Swan Valley School Division. The division has nine schools throughout it's coverage area. More information can be found on the SVSD website.

Benito has one school with approximately 150 students from Kindergarten to Senior 1. Students are taken by bus 37km to Swan River to attend the Swan Valley Regional Secondary School for grades Senior 2 to Senior 4. The SVRSS is an academic and technical school which offers a broad range of courses. Students across the valley attend this school.

Assiniboine and Keewatin Community College's both have representation in the valley and offer courses in the local area.

In the Swan River Valley, students and adults can take their first year of university in Swan River. The program is run by Campus Manitoba. More information can be found on their website.

Employment related education counseling can be found from the Manitoba Youth Job Centre at 734-4749 as well as the Swan Valley Employment and Training Centre at 734-7887.
